It’s back to those heady days of 2006! With the Triple Llama’s audio interface temporarily out of commission, I attempt to record March’s song on a battery-powered mixer that stores tracks on flash memory and won’t even power my current mics! The mixer doesn’t display waveforms visually like I’m used to (making multitracking difficult) and doesn’t give me any idea how loud I’m playing.
So in Episode 3 of Inside the Triple Llama, we’ve got some questions. How is this gonna work? IS it gonna work? And most importantly–without most of our usual resources, will the track be up to snuff?
